I haven’t always started out with a passion for personal training. After playing football briefly at Georgia Tech, I went through a huge depression stage where I lost all self confidence, gained unhealthy weight, and lived a lifestyle that was not only harmful to myself but those around me. Although I loved football still, falling short of my dream (NFL) seemed like the end of the world to me at that time. I moved back home to Florida, not doing much of anything. Not training or working out, trying to figure what I wanted my next move to be. While living in Florida, I was blessed to have a daughter that changed my entire world. I would honestly say that having my daughter and giving my life to Christ truly were game changers. Not only did I find joy again but it made me focus on what was truly important in life. I started working out again and realized how happy it made me to take care of my body and live a healthy lifestyle.
